It’s the first day of the Chalet in NSRCC. I have to go early to check in and went through the list of inventories, sounds like taking over and handing over a rental unit. It is, anyway. Nevertheless, i am pretty impressed with the chalet’s building itself, being a bungalow style chalet with 2 bedrooms and glass doors on 3 side, it’s pretty nice to look at. Unfortunately, the cleaniless is graded as pretty decent only instead of top notch hotel style.
There’s almost nobody at the chalet from 2-6pm, and most people come in only after 7pm. Amazingly, it seems that a lot of logistics are not properly organised, it’s alright since there are so many veteran chaleteers around to resolve the minute issue.:) Thus we had a quick shop at Giant @ Tampines to fill up the unfilled portion.
We had packet dinner, and there’s supposed to have whole night mahjong today but unfortunately most of the people are either sick, knocked out or have other appointments in the morning, so the last game ends around 330am. Since we have not enough legs to continue the game, when almost everyone leaves, i will start blogging 🙂
I had a walk around the chalet in the morning, the morning mist and tranquil environment is great, but unfortunately the smell from the rubbish bin are horrible.. sigh.. nevertheless, it’s a great morning walk after the heavy rain pour last night
